I got to shoot my first Prom! It was exciting…a little nerve-wracking, but overall a great experience. I love seeing teens all dressed up and so mature & sophisticated! Lighting was a challenge as the evening went on and a few of the couples were late…they missed their natural light “window.” But alas, I used the dreaded flash and still caught some great moments!
Don’t you wish you could wear shoes like these? I wonder how long they stayed on the feet!
Sibling rivalry adoration! No rivalry here…these two get along great. I love the way they interacted with each other and the way they looked at each other! It was truly very special!

I was honored to do the First Communion portraits of this handsome little man. We met at a local park and got some great shots…I hope they cherish these images of such a big day in his life! He was so quiet and shy at first, but warmed up pretty quickly and even gave me some stunning smiles [love the dimples!]. The parents from my most recent maternity shoot welcome Baby Andrew a couple of weeks early! And I got to photograph this wee one at 4 Days New! Pure adorableness…and the lips are the best. Love love love baby lips!
Firsts! There is something magical and special about firsts…and this is the First Easter for this beautiful baby! In a blink of eye, she has gone from the teeny tiny newborn I photographed last Spring, to one of the happiest babies [almost 1 – where does time go!] ever!
